• General / EWS / OBC : 500 Rs.
• EBC/ SC / ST /PH/ Female : 250 Rs. 
• Refund Amount : Candidate will get Refund Amount 400 Rs/ 250 Rs After Stage-I Exam.
• Pay Application Fee through QR Code, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card or Net banking.

• B.Sc Nursing OR GNM Course.
• Certificate as Registered Nurse.
• Age Limit: 20-40 Years.

• B.Sc with Diploma in Haemodialysis OR 2 Years Satisfactory in House Training.
• Age Limit: 20-33 Years.

• 10+2 / Graduation in Science with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology/ Cardiology Technician/ Cardiology Techniques.
• Age Limit: 18-33 Years.

• Bachelor Degree B.Sc in Optometry OR Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician.
